Sunlit Citrine

Citrine was the stone the Egyptians cut for the living rather than the dead, worn at the throat, kept in the light, never sealed into a tomb. Sunlit Citrine is built the same way: a fragrance for the hours you are awake in.

It opens bright and dry, pink pepper over mandarin leaf, before the resins arrive. Immortelle and saffron hold the middle with an almost honeyed weight, and labdanum, tonka, and Haitian vetiver take it down into skin. It is the warmest fragrance the house has released, and the first composed entirely in the new Cairo atelier.
